Community: Leadership & Giving Back

Commitment. Engagement. Leadership. All words that can reflect a sincere interest to be involved in and devoted to the continued growth and prosperity of a community. Words are only the beginning, however, and are meaningless without action and participation in organizations focused on making a difference for local business and positively affecting the overall quality of life for professionals, families and children who call a community their home.

That has been the mission for Paul Perkins since he first moved to this region; a mission dedicated to making a difference, a commitment to engage on a personal and professional level with community activity focused on making this community, his hometown, the best it can be.

Paul has always supported not only the real estate industry, has also been involved in local cultural, educational, youth and philanthropic organizations. For him, it did not stop at simple involvement. He is driven to take on a leadership position within these influential and prestigious organizations. This role of leadership and giving back clearly demonstrates not only his commitment to the community but the level of acceptance and respect he has earned from his peers as an accomplished, dynamic and successful champion for northern Nevada.

What this means to you is that you will be represented by someone who has not only a depth of industry experience and knowledge to provide unparalleled real estate service, but solid relationships with, and the respect from, community leaders who can influence the elements and execution of a real estate deal; someone who will manage your transaction with the same level of commitment and professionalism he has incorporated into everything he does.

This is important to you because membership in these organizations demonstrates a level of commitment far beyond that of being simply a broker.  SIOR and CCIM designations signify the highest attainment of knowledge and experience in the profession.  These accomplishments are reflective of sincere passion for the commercial real estate industry, a drive for excellence and an overwhelming commitment to exceed your expectations.
