Perkins Company – Principal
Specialized brokerage exclusively focused on tenant and buyer representation for larger industrial requirements, as well as representation of industrial site selectors. 

Alliance Commercial/NAI Alliance – Principal
Founding member and Managing Member of the region’s leading full-service commercial brokerage firm and the senior member of the highest producing industrial brokerage team in Northern Nevada.  After two years as an independent company Alliance Commercial became a part of the NAI Global managed network.

Awards:
 Lifetime Achievement Award, 2007, presented by the Northern Nevada Chapters of NAIOP, CCIM and CREW at the annual Summit Awards.  This is the most coveted award presented each year to an individual representing the highest standards of professionalism over many years.  Paul Perkins was the third recipient and the first active broker to receive this prestigious award.

Industrial Broker of the Year, 2006, presented by the Northern Nevada Chapters of NAIOP, CCIM and CREW at the annual Summit Awards.  This award recognizes the highest individual production in the entire Northern Nevada market for each specialty group.

Colliers International (Colliers Parrish) - Managing Partner and Senior Vice President, Industrial Leasing and Sales. 
Member of the Board of Directors. Senior member of the highest producing industrial brokerage team in Northern Nevada.  Oversaw growth of the company from 17 people to 30 sales, support and property management personnel to become the largest full-service commercial brokerage in Northern Nevada.

Awards:
Parrish Award, 2001, presented to the individual who “most embodies the qualities of the company’s founder, JR Parrish. These qualities include respect for others, commitment, integrity, trust, dignity, expertise, wisdom and compassion." Paul was the first recipient of this award.

Coldwell Banker Commercial (CB Richard Ellis)
Established the Reno office of what became the largest commercial brokerage in the world.  This two-person “start-up” office grew to 18 people due largely to his efforts and reputation.  Consistently a top producer, he was the first broker in the area to specialize in industrial brokerage and the first to create a team of specialists.  That team became the consistently dominant industrial team in Northern Nevada. 

Awards:
Top CB Richard Ellis’ industrial broker (Northern California / Northern Nevada region) for three years. Over $22 million in sales and leasing volume during 1997 alone.

Top CB Richard Ellis’ Overall Producer, 1993, (Northern California / Northern Nevada region)  

Colbert Coldwell Circle Award, 1993, presented to the top 3% of all CB agents in the nation.  This is the highest level of achievement recognized within the company.
